A pile of documents, and no one typing a single number
Contalys is an AI accounting engine that turns a pile of invoices, receipts and bank statements into confirmed accounting entries, without a human typing a single number. Every document goes through a two-stage AI pipeline: it is classified first, then read with an extraction model trained for its exact type, so a fuel receipt and a supplier invoice never get treated the same way.

Arithmetic that has to close
Line totals, VAT per rate and the grand total are recomputed on every invoice. If the math does not close, the document is stopped, never booked.
Confidence on every field
Clean documents flow straight into the books; uncertain ones stop and wait for an accountant. The team reviews exceptions instead of everything.
ANAF and e-Factura
Registered and validated with ANAF; invoices are pulled directly from the national e-Factura system.
Bank reconciliation and BNR rates
Bank statements are read and matched to invoices automatically; exchange rates come from the National Bank on the right day.
One-click month close and SAGA export
The month closes with one click and an export to SAGA.
How it works

Classify
Invoices, receipts and bank statements arrive by upload, by email or straight from e-Factura, and each document is classified before anything else happens.

Extract
An extraction model trained for that exact document type reads supplier, dates, totals, VAT and every line item.

Recompute
Line totals, VAT per rate and the grand total are recalculated. Anything that does not add up is stopped, never booked.

Confirm or flow through
Each field carries a confidence score. Clean documents go straight into the books; uncertain ones wait for an accountant.

Reconcile and close
Bank statements are matched to invoices, BNR rates are applied on the right day, and the month closes with one click and an export to SAGA.
